Att was very rude. There is a nonsense tracking number associated, I'm guessing why its marked as not received and no one will help. Asurion said it's 100% on ATT. so that 900 for a replacement phone I paid. I sent the phone back but no one cares. I can't believe this is happening.I have called ATT, ATT Tech service, Asurion, and ProTech (Asurion tech service). No one seems to know how to unlock the device. ATT has no record of the IMEI (even though it was on ATT network); Asurion said that they can see the device is not blacklisted, but that it is currently locked and no other details about the phone are provided.
